COMPANY

Our company, METÁLPLASZT Kft. was founded in 1991 and is a 100% Hungarian-owned family business.

Initially, plastic injection moulding was the main activity of the company, then, taking into account customer needs, it complemented its service area today with tool design, production, metal machining, surface coating of plastics (tampons, painting), complex assembly line and wire and cable assembly capacity.

The number of employees of 8 people in the initial period has increased significantly, today we provide the livelihoods of nearly 350 families at our sites in Jásztelk and Hatvan.

Our company strives for continuous renewal, has made and is currently making serious improvements, the primary goal of which is to ensure the future of the company while increasing our competitiveness.

Products

Plastic processing

Injection moulding from 25t closing force to 1650t with more than 50 injection moulding machines. Separate household electronics and automotive/medical technology division. Vibration welding, pressing, tamponing, IML injection moulding technology.

Metal machining

We design and manufacture tools, parts and custom tools based on customer needs and our own designs. Our main activities are: CAD/CAM design, milling, turning, flat grinding, wire spark cutting, block rock cutting, deep drilling, laser welding and heat treatment.

Our tool plant maintains and improves our tool park of several hundred pieces according to customer demand. In addition, we manufacture new tools, target tools and JIG’s.

Dyeing

In Hungary we have a decisive painting capacity, a team of specialists and last but not least a machine park.

In our hand-held painting booths we implement the painting and surface treatment of unique ideas, as well as small series and prototypes.

On our flatbed painting row (Venjakob) we serve geometrically less complex pieces and large series.

We recommend our robotic painting lines (B+M) for larger, complicated products and large series!

Our technology is suitable for painting with both water and solvent paints, supplemented by UV drying.

Our painting activities and processes are designed and operated according to IATF 16949:2016 automotive standard.

Assembly

We undertake the installation of automotive and user electronics products even ready-made, providing a complete supply-chain management background.

Cable assembly

In our cable assembly plant we manufacture wire and cable fittings in small, medium and large series.

The main elements of our Komax-Thonauer machine assembly are: Komax Kappa 331 round-hand bareing machine for shielded and coax cables, Komax bt722 bare-crimping, Komax Alpha 530 automatic, Komax Microlab 30 grinding lab.

QUALITY MANAGMENT

Our quality policy focuses on the expectations of our customers and the immaculate quality of the products they order. All of our employees work to meet the growing quality needs to the maximum. We constantly invest in new equipment, machines, technologies, we consciously develop our organization, as a result of which we are able to achieve ever higher technical quality production. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, as well as IATF 16949 we have a quality management certificate. The qualified staff of our lab and measuring room ensure quality control of our products in 3 shifts; our machine park includes both 3D touch head and optical measuring machines.
